Pitch Perfect and Boost the European Bioeconomy 2026

Registration will open on June 1st, 2026 and close on November 23th, 2026 and can be done using the registration form at the bottom of this page.

The registration fees include:

  • Access to all sessions on the chosen day(s), including the speed dating sessions (limited to 60 p. per session)
  • Access to the exhibition
  • Coffee breaks, lunches, drinks & walking dinner as announced in the programme
  • Access to the B2B online matchmaking tool (opens on November 16th)
  • Access to all satellite webinars and events indicated as “open to all”
  • Transfer to & participation in the Scale-up Experience @ Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant (limited to 150 p.)

Payment & Invoicing

Payment can be made online upon registration. After submitting your registration, you will be automatically directed to the online payment tool. You can use either a credit card or a maestro bancontact card to complete your payment. After successful payment, a confirmation page will open, please, download your invoice and/or payment receipt here, you will not receive those documents via email.

Cancellations policy

Any participant cancelling his/her registration for the event on 30 November and/or 1 December before 7 November 2026 will receive a refund, less €50 covering administration costs. No refunds are made after this date. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to the conference secretariat.

The “Scale-Up Experience Day for Start-Ups, SMEs and (Corporate) Investors” at the Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant (Ghent) on 2 December is free of charge, however, in case you are registered for this site visit and do not participate without notification (Deadline for cancellation: Monday November 16th, 2026), a no-show fee of € 75 (excl. VAT) will be charged to cover for catering and shuttle bus (Brussels-Ghent-Brussels) costs.

Participation in the speed dating sessions

The event organisers are organising two Speed Dating Sessions on Monday November 30th, 2026. Each session will last 30 minutes (5 speed dates of 5 minutes each), the first session is scheduled at 8 pm (60 p.) and the second one at 8.30 pm (60 p.).

Participation in satellite events & webinars

Indicate in the registration form below which satellite events and/or webinars you would like to participate in. We will pass on your intention to participate to the organizer of the specific event. They will then inform you of the further steps to be taken to finalize your registration.

TRAVEL VOUCHERS

A limited number of 30 travel vouchers, worth €500 each, will be made available through the Pilots4U powered by CoPilot project. Start-ups, not older than 5 years, and located more than 300 km from Brussels can apply. The call (OC3 – Part 3) opens on 10 August 2026 and closes on 9 October 2026 (5 pm CET). Companies that received a €500 travel voucher to attend the 2025 edition are NOT eligible to apply for a travel voucher to attend the 2026 edition.

ACCOMMODATION

We made block bookings at VERY BENFICIAL CONFERENCE RATES at three different hotels, making sure we can offer rooms for all budgets. Rooms can be booked for a maximum of three nights (from Sunday 29.11 to Wednesday 2.12) by registered participants only, on a first-come-first-served basis. You will find the BOOKING LINK in the CONFIRMATION EMAIL email you will receive AFTER REGISTRATION.
