Pitch Perfect and Boost the European Bioeconomy 2025

Registration will open on June 1st, 2025 and close on November 18th, 2025.

Cancellations after November 7th, will not be refunded.

For participation on 24 November, the registration fees below will be charged. The fees give access to the keynote lectures, reverse pitch sessions, satellite events, informal networking & matchmaking, all (coffee)breaks and the informal walking dinner.

  • Registration fee for participants giving a (reverse) pitch* presentation: € 149 (excl. VAT)
  • Registration fee for participants NOT giving a pitch* presentation: € 199 (excl. VAT)

For participation on 25 November, the registration fees below will be charged. The fees give access to the pitch sessions, networking, matchmaking via an online tool, lunch, coffee breaks and closing drink.

  • Registration fee for participants NOT giving a pitch* presentation: € 199 (excl. VAT)

The fees give access to the keynote lectures, reverse pitching session, informal and formal (online tool) networking & matchmaking, pitch sessions, coffee breaks, walking dinner, lunch and closing networking drink.

  • Registration fee for participants NOT giving a pitch* presentation: € 299 (excl. VAT)

The Start-Up and Investor Day at the Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant (Ghent) on 26 November is free of charge, however, in case you register for this site visit and don’t participate, a no-show fee of € 75 (excl. VAT) will be charged to cover for catering and shuttle bus (Brussels-Ghent-Brussels) costs.

*The reduced fee for pitchers is only valid for the person pitching and not for other participants from the same company/organisation.
*In case you applied for a pitch slot via abstract submission, we recommend to register after receiving confirmation of your pitch slot. You can then register using the unique registration code you received in the email confirming your pitch slot.

Participation in satellite events

Indicate in the registration form below which satellite events you will participate in. We will pass on your intention to participate to the organizer of the specific event. They will then inform you of the further steps to be taken to finalize your registration.

Overnight stay at the venue

Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel offers an amazing deal for a stay of one or two nights between November 23rd and 27th. The deal is valid for the first 85 rooms booked, first-come-first-served. You will receive the reservation link to take advantage of this deal in the confirmation e-mail of your registration.
