Thank you for submitting your abstract. You will receive a confirmation of submission in your mailbox.

We will keep you informed on the status of your pitch application.

Upon receipt of the confirmation that your abstract has been accepted for pitching we will provide you with a unique registration code that will enable you to register at a reduced fee. As soon as we receive the payment, your pitch is confirmed. If we do not receive your payment within 5 days after receipt of the confirmation email, your pitch will be cancelled.

Important: the reduced fee for pitchers is only valid for the person pitching and not for other participants from the same company/organisation.
